2. WEBSITE USE

Submitting a free-trial request, contact request, waiver, or other form does not guarantee enrollment, membership, class availability, instructor availability, or acceptance into a particular program.
Free passes, introductory offers, promotions, and trials may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, scheduling requirements, availability, and additional terms.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or decline a promotional offer where permitted by law.
4. PARTICIPATION WAIVER IS SEPARATE
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and other martial arts and fitness activities involve inherent risks of physical injury.
These Website Terms are not a participation waiver and do not replace any assumption-of-risk agreement, release of liability, informed consent, membership agreement, parent/guardian consent, or other waiver required by One Jiu Jitsu Redlands.
Before participating in training or other physical activities, students, visitors, parents, or legal guardians may be required to complete and electronically sign a separate waiver or participation agreement.
If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a properly executed participation waiver or membership agreement regarding physical participation, the applicable participation waiver or membership agreement will govern the matters addressed by that agreement, to the extent permitted by law.
5. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Martial arts and physical exercise can involve strenuous activity and risk of injury.
Information on this Website is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice, diagnosis, rehabilitation advice, or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

One Jiu Jitsu Redlands provides programs that may be available to children.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the accuracy of information provided concerning a minor.
7. MEMBERSHIPS, BILLING, AND CANCELLATIONS
Memberships, recurring payments, enrollment fees, cancellation rights, freezes, refunds, renewal terms, and other membership-specific terms may be governed by a separate membership agreement or enrollment contract.
These Website Terms do not modify or replace a separate written membership agreement.
Where a membership or subscription is purchased online, the specific price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation method, and other material terms presented during enrollment or contained in the applicable membership agreement will govern.

Administrative or transactional communications relating to an active membership, registration, payment, waiver, safety issue, or other service may still be sent when necessary.

If you separately provide your telephone number and consent to receive text messages from One Jiu Jitsu Redlands, you may receive messages concerning your inquiry, trial class, appointments, scheduling, classes, membership, promotions, or related services.
