WE ARE ONE
Toddlers (Ages 3 & 4, 5 & 6)
Developing the fundamental movements needed to build coordination in a fun way is the key to our Toddler classes. We provide a unique learning experience with your Toddler in mind.
Classes are separated between the 2 age groups and our instructors work one on one with your child inside an intimate group setting. They will learn the basics from every position in a safe environment.
Kids Classes (Ages 7 thru 16)
Starting from 7 years old to 16, we provide 3 different class levels designed to focus on each aspect of Jiu Jitsu for your child.
Whether this is your child's very first martial arts experience or they've tried a different martial art in the past (including Jiu Jitsu), this is a great place to build the basics. Students are expected to work with one another building a sense of cooperation, responsibility and mindfulness of their surroundings and their team mates.
(By Invitation Only) Building on the foundational movements, the goal is to connect the concepts and techniques through hard work while maintaining a sense of community and humility. This is where the deeper learning of the Gentle Art truly begins for our children.
(By Invitation Only) A class designed to fine tune the modern game through drilling and to prepare our students for the rigors of competition.
For Men and Women of all ages and experience levels, we have multiple classes available to fit your schedule and
Focused on the Fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu, we aim to cover every position with the most important techniques.
This class uses concepts to show how techniques connect and share ideas on how to combine multiple attacks to work in your favor.
Often times classes are taught from an Introduction or Review approach. This class allows you to concentrate on your game and ask questions as you go.
